Come and join us for a day of seasonal fun as we coppice willow from our reed beds and use the withies to create beautiful festive wreaths. 

The day will be split into 2 different activities, firstly learning how to coppice willow and finding out about our reed bed system, then creating wreaths using the cut willow. We’ll collect natural materials from the grounds to adorn and decorate. This is an opportunity to work with us here at Hellens and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

We will provide a soup lunch to warm you and all materials will be provided (please add any special dietary requirements in the comments box when booking). Bring warm clothes, some secateurs and plenty of creativity.
The day will start at 10 am and finish at 3 pm.
